IET is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality that works to release suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs stored in your cellular memory - the kind of stuck energy that keeps you feeling drained, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.

IET is especially powerful for those who've experienced childhood trauma, abusive relationships, or grew up in dysfunctional environments. It works on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - and helps you discover and step into your soul's authentic path.
Before Your Session:
Find a comfortable spot where you can relax undisturbed for about an hour. This can be your bed, couch, or anywhere you feel safe and cozy. Lying down is ideal, but sitting up works too if that's more comfortable for you.
I'll text you right before we begin so you know when the energy work starts.
Set an intention for what you'd like to receive from this session. Keep it simple and from the heart. For example:
"I'm ready to release whatever is blocking my joy."
"I want to clear the energy keeping me stuck in this pattern."
"I'm open to healing my relationship with myself."
There's no wrong intention - trust whatever comes up for you.
During Your Session:
This is YOUR time. Relax completely. You can watch TV, read, listen to music, or simply rest in silence - whatever feels right. The energy work happens regardless of what you're doing, so there's no "wrong" way to receive it.
It's completely normal (and actually very common) to fall asleep during your session, especially when there's deep trauma being released. Your body knows how to receive this healing, even when your conscious mind checks out. If you need to get up to use the bathroom or adjust position, that's totally fine - you won't disrupt anything.
Many people experience:
Deep relaxation or drowsiness
Warmth, tingling, or gentle energy sensations
Emotional releases (tears, laughter, sighs)
Memories or insights surfacing
Absolutely nothing unusual - and that's perfect too
Trust that your body is receiving exactly what it needs.
After Your Session:
When our session ends (or when you wake up from your healing nap), please stomp your feet on the floor several times before getting up and moving around. This grounds you back into your body and the present moment.
It's completely normal to feel a little lightheaded, spacey, or "floaty" right after a session. This is your nervous system adjusting to the energy shifts. Give yourself a moment to reorient before jumping back into your day.
The Integration Period (Important!):
The healing doesn't stop when our session ends. Your body will continue integrating this energy work for 2-3 days afterward, sometimes longer for deeper sessions.
During this time, you might experience:
Feeling energized, light, clear, and focused
Feeling tired, emotional, or like you're processing something
Vivid dreams or unexpected memories surfacing
Physical sensations, tension release, or body soreness
A sense of being "in between" or in transition
Clarity or insights about your life, patterns, or next steps
All of this is normal and part of your healing process. Your body is literally rewiring old patterns and releasing what no longer serves you.
How to Support Your Healing:
Over the next 48-72 hours, please:
Drink LOTS of water - this helps flush out released energy and toxins
Rest when your body asks for it (no guilt, this is medicine)
Be extra gentle and patient with yourself
Journal any insights, dreams, or feelings that come up
Avoid making big decisions or overcommitting yourself
Notice what feels different, even subtle shifts
Think of this like your body just went through an energetic detox and upgrade. You wouldn't run a marathon right after a deep tissue massage, right? Same concept. Give yourself space to integrate.
Your Card Reading:
As part of your session, I'll pull cards for you and email your reading within 24 hours. This provides additional insight and guidance for your healing journey.
